Parsha Vayetzei – Ch 31, V 36-42
Lavan catches up to Yaakov, and is furious with him that he left without saying "goodbye". Yaakov controls his response, and does not allow himself to show his anger back. This is a lesson for all of us in how to control our negative emotions, ie: anger.
